New revision January 2008 - improved flight characteristics and stability
The revised Depron Marston Pterodactyl can be built in a day or two, or a few evenings, and looks like no other foam RC plane in the air.

Depron foam - 6mm - 24" x 36" for laser cutting or hand cutting
carbon spar - 5.7 mm x 1mm
servos: three HS-55 or equivalent
motors: two CD ROM GBx-1 or other 50W motors
controller: one CC Phoenix or Thunderbird or other 10A controller
battery: 800mah - 1050mah 2s -3s Li-Poly
